Alecia is a Staff Accountant for Prostar, she leads a team of utility bill payers for one of our high-volume clients. She comes to us with over 15 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, ranging from small business entities to the US Government. Alecia’s favorite part about working with Prostar is the purpose driven culture it facilitates; everyone is willing to step in and help for the greater good which allows Prostar to provide excellent service to our clients.

Alex helps our team by looking over inventory procurement/allocation for parts to jobs. In addition, he helps with setting up networking and programming as well as the production side of wiring HVAC equipment. Alex strives to improve every day, whether that’s in his personal work or helping the team as a whole.

Amanda is a project delivery coordinator that brings six years’ experience in renewables to the table. She believes the success of a project begins with solid planning and great communication.  Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at Tyler.

Amy is a member of the Business Development Team. She joins ProStar with experience as a Contract Management Specialist with Client Relation experience. She believes that serving clients successfully is done so through a strong relationship, transparency and consistent communication. Amy received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Commerce from The University of Alabama with a Pre-Law focus. She is a volunteer with Young Texans Against Cancer and an ambassador for The North Texas Food Bank.

Andrea is the Director of Energy Procurement, where she has multiple areas of leadership responsibilities for the team.  She brings twelve years of industry experience to the team and believes organization and communication are keys to a successful client relationship. Andrea’s industry expertise provides deep knowledge of industry information and updates to better serve clients and achieve clients goals efficiently.  Andrea earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of North Texas. 

Anthony is part of the HVAC and IOT Support team. He brings 10 years of customer support experience and believes having happy customers leads to successful business. His favorite part about working for ProStar is being able to work within a collaborative team environment where people can develop ideas and learn from one another. Anthony earned a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Technology and Culture from Washington State University, while being a part of Intramural Sports, Honor Roll and Honor Society. He graduated Magna Cum Laude while also minoring in Sports Management and Communications, two things he’s very passionate about.

Antonio is the Director, HVAC & IoT SME and brings over 20 years of HVAC and controls experience to the company ranging from shop fabrication and service to system design. Antonio holds multiple licenses including, License A HVAC, License A Refrigeration, License A Steam and Hot water and EPA Universal Certification. He believes that clear and honest communication is the key to success in delivering quality service to both customers as well as industry professionals. His experience at all levels of the HVAC industry allows him to understand various issues along any project timeline leading to their efficient resolution. In his free time he enjoys camping, snowboarding and mountain biking in the great Colorado outdoors with his family.

April is our Sr. Utility Bill Pay, Implementation Specialist. She brings 13 years of experience and believes the success of a client relationship begins with a strong start and is earned and developed with each subsequent interaction. She partners with her team through all phases of the Utility Bill Pay Implementation process, emphasizing the importance of listening to clients to effectively, understand their goals – to implement a solution that brings their vision to life. April is a native of Oklahoma and has resided in Mississippi for the past 16 years.

Aquilla is our Utility Bill Processor Associate. She handles multiple high-volume accounts with our team. She comes in with 16 years of customer service and data entry experience on many platforms. Success is her goal that drives her to achieve greatness. It takes understanding, determination, effort, focus, and dedication to get it done. All words used to describe her. "Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success!"

Ashleigh is a member of the marketing team and brings our brand to life by collaborating across all departments while working on client presentations, collateral and promotional branded merchandise. She manages internal and external events ensuring strong communication across departments while fostering and growing ProStar customer relationships. She came to us from Legends Group Sales where she pitched ideas to promote AT&T Stadium private tours and events where she won the Hustle Helmet Award exceeding sales goals multiple times.  Ashleigh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Oklahoma, while working for SoonerVision in broadcast and Sooner Sports Properties in sponsorships for a total of three years.

Ben is part of ProStar’s Renewables team. He brings 4 years of experience working in the commercial, industrial, and municipal renewable energy industries. Ben believes in the importance of a carefully designed project that meets all the client’s needs and understands that there is no “one size fits all” option. Ben has received his Master’s in Renewable Energy and Sustainability Systems from Penn State and BA in Environmental Science from Susquehanna University where he was the co-captain of the Ultimate Frisbee team.

Brody is a Sr. Coordinator on our HVAC team. He brings 5 years of experience in business development, talent acquisition, and customer service. He has a customer first mindset and is passionate about helping our customers achieve their short and long term goals. Brody earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from SMU while also playing soccer for the Mustangs.

Brooke brings over a decade of experience to the business development team. She comes to the organization with subject matter expertise in data centers, both from a telecom and real estate perspective. With her commitment to hard work and along with her competitive nature, she partners internally every step of the way to achieve her clients goals. She values trust as a key driver in customer relationships and thoroughly enjoys exceeding her clients expectations. Brooke earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Public Relations from Coe College. She resides in Dallas with her husband Chris and three kids, William, Henry, and Charlotte.

Cam is a member of the Business Development team and brings eight years of combined external relations (development/fundraising, marketing, and sales) and Division I coaching experience. His consultative approach is informed by his combination of backgrounds, which come together as he evaluates clients' business needs and goals to facilitate providing the playbook of best-fit solutions. Cam earned his B.S. in Kinesiology, Pre-Med,  M.S. in Sport Management at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and MBA in Strategy & Data Analytics at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX.

Carly joins ProStar as a Sr. Manager on our Business Development team. She grew up in North Carolina and moved to Texas in 2019 to kick off her career in sales. Her selling background is in financial technology, IT research, and custom enterprise software. She believes in treating every client like they are her only client through trust-based, value-added, consultative sales. Carly's degree is in Communication Studies with a focus in Interpersonal Communication from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Carol is Senior Director of Energy Sales and is one of the founders of ProStar, she has over 18 years of energy experience in the ERCOT, NYISO & PJM deregulated markets. Her past roles include, Top Sales Performer and member of Presidents Club in all of North America. Member of the Junior League of Abilene since 1989, Graduating class of 2014 from Leadership Texas Women, actively serves on the board of directors for Global Samaritan Resources and is an member of (TEPA) Texas Energy Professionals Association. She believes in working hard each day, always putting the customer first and always do much more than is expected of you. She takes great pride in serving your customers and will always go the extra mile.

Chi is apart of our Utility Bill Pay team. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience as a finance business partner at a multinational corporation prior to her recent relocation to the United States. Chi holds a master's degree in business administration from Washington State University. Apart from work, Chi is passionate about her volunteering in accounting/finance for Project Vietnam Foundation, a non-profit organization specializing in providing free healthcare and aid to children in rural Vietnam.

Chris leads the Solar Design & Engineering group. He brings 10+ years of experience working primarily in the commercial and industrial industry. Chris takes a step-by-step approach for each project, ensuring every aspect is covered in great detail. He works side by side with ProStar’s business development team to find the best possible solution for each of our clients. To date, Chris has designed and seen through to completion over 500 projects.

Cody serves as a Utilities Bill Pay Associate, in which he assists with making sure bills are pulled and paid on time. His goal is to serve and clearly communicate with the customers of ProStar Energy. Cody earned a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, where he served in various leadership roles, as well as interned for the Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association.

Courtney leads the Business Development team and brings eight years of strategic brand partnership experience. She believes listening and understanding the client’s goals and objectives is of utmost importance. She builds trust through a demonstrated ability to drive process and achieve desired results and has a passion to bring the highest value of service to her client relationships.  Courtney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dane is the Project Finance SME of the ProStar Energy Solutions Development team. He brings six years of experience in the Energy industry and believes that finance and capital is at the core of the energy transition towards a more efficient and sustainable future. Dane is currently an MBA candidate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned his BBA degree in Finance, Investments, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Daniel has been in the energy field primarily related to commercial HVAC for the last 10 years. His roles have varied from working in the production shop, doing field installation all over the country, leading in-house contractor training, and now leading the technical support and data monitoring team. He believes that offering first-class support to the business network, sub-contractors, and affiliates creates positive synergy which naturally fuels business success. In his spare time, Daniel loves trying international and unique cuisines, spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and taking in sunsets on the water with his wife and 3 children.

Dylan is Sr. Coordinator on our HVAC Service team, where he facilitates energy solutions and customer communication. He joined ProStar with experience as a New Business Coordinator with the Dallas Cowboys organization. Dylan adopted the mantra that the best project he can work on is himself, focusing on maintaining excellent customer service, adaptability, and flexibility skills. Dylan received his Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences degree from the University of North Texas.

Ellie is a Utility Bill Pay Implementation Specialist. She brings in 10 years of experience in billing and implementations along with Project Management skills. She believes a successful project starts with precise planning and good communication. Her passion is to figure out new processes to improve day to day duties and provide clients a great service.

Eric is a member of the engineering team, specializing in custom HVAC projects. He brings 25 years of industry experience including 15 years of building automation and controls engineering. Eric was born and raised in the Seattle area. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and two girls.

Eric serves in a dual leadership position as President & CEO for ProStar Energy Solutions and Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnership Sales & Marketing for the Dallas Cowboys. Eric has spent the majority of his career by leading record-setting sales and marketing campaigns and strives to always “do one more.” His energetic and consultative approach to business gives confidence to both his clients and employees. Eric is a native of a small town in Northeast Iowa, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University. Eric was selected to the Dallas Business Journal and Sports Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2015 and 2019 respectively.

Hannah is a coordinator on our Procurement team. She brings 3 years of experience in data analytics, business development, and customer service. She is passionate about serving others to help achieve their goals and providing customers with a true partnership. Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University, concentrating in Sports Management and Communications and a Digital Marketing Strategies certificate from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. 

Hassan serves as a Senior Manager of HVAC Field Operations and brings over 27 years of experience in the HVAC & Controls industry. For the past 11 years has been the Lead Installer & Contractor Trainer for all EIQ platform and CATALYST projects. Hassan enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills with other technicians as well as training customers on site.

Hunter is a member of the Business Development team and brings eight years of strategic corporate partnership experience from the sports & entertainment industry. His consultative approach is informed by his sales & marketing background; he is dedicated to evaluating both internal and external variables as he collaborates with clients to meet their goals. Authenticity, passion, care, and transparency are core characteristics of his approach to developing long-standing, value-driven relationships. Hunter earned his B.S. in Communication, Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

James is a member of the Finance division. He believes that creating a genuine and trust based connection is the best way to carry out business. He works throughout all the pillars of Prostar, assisting in-house experts as well as ensuring client's needs are looked after. James graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, where he worked intimately with the Student Investment Fund.

Jay Levin leads ProStar’s Renewables group. With more than 15 years in the solar and storage industry, he is a seasoned solar development and M&A professional with a background in project finance, supply chain management, engineering, and construction. He has served in executive roles with the Renewables divisions at 2 Fortune 500 utilities, PPL and PSEG, and led the EPC and O&M divisions at Tecta Solar and Conergy. Having completed over $500 million in C&I and utility scale solar acquisitions and partnerships, Jay uses his experience to provide creative physical and financial solar solutions for ProStar’s clients. Jay holds an MBA from Temple University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.

Jeff is part of the accounting team and prides himself on being detail-oriented with a “customer first” mentality. He works with his team through all phases of the accounting process ensuring accurate and prompt solutions. Jeff has earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington while also playing 2 years of collegiate baseball. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 boys.

Jenifer brings over 10 years of well-rounded experience in customer service and information/data technology. She utilizes her timeliness, meticulous eye, and organizational skills to assist in the administrative/clerical tasks. She is an optimal team player with great communication skills. Strengths include long durations of concentration, focus, fidelity to precision and operational knowledge of relevant software.

Jeremy is the Vice President, HVAC & IoT Operations.  He has over 20 years of experience in HVAC and Energy with a focus on operations, project validation and business development.  Jeremy works with customers to understand their goals and business results.  While implementing projects and validating the results with customers, he works with his team to exceed customer expectations.  He has a goal of developing long-term partnerships and meeting each customer where they are in their business journey.  Jeremy earned a Bachelor's degree in HVAC and an Associate's Degree in Industrial Electronics from Ferris State University.

Jerry is the Director of Field Operations HVAC. Jerry brings 25 years of project management experience and for the past 11 years he has been responsible for coordinating the installations of HVAC retrofits and BMS systems nationwide, working with his contractor networks and in house field technicians. Jerry's enjoys building relationships with HVAC contractors across the country with a goal of constantly expanding the contractor network.

Jerry is the Sr. Director of HVAC Engineering with over twenty years of experience in the industry including positions in both design engineering and construction management. He partners with internal stakeholders to maximize the energy savings potential of our technologies and ensure consistent product delivery. Jerry also works closely with customers and other 3rd parties to provide reporting and analysis to estimate and verify energy savings and help solve customer issues by leveraging the data acquired by our IOT systems. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional.

Jessica is our Director of Utility Bill Pay. She brings eight years of industry experience to the team along with a determination to deliver the highest level of service to company and customers alike. Jessica approaches client relations with open communication and adaptability, looking for ways to be the “Advil for the client’s headache.”

Jonathan Viray is the Systems and Network Administrator for ProStar’s connected solution, the eIQPlatform. He brings fifteen years of Information Technology experience and believes technology can help enrich our lives for the better. He works with customers and our Production team to ensure the transition to a connected solution is a seamless and secure one. Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in Geographical Information Systems from The University of Washington.

Jordan is a Manager within our HVAC Service team. She brings 4 years of Customer Service and 1.5 years of Construction Project Management to the team. She strives to help create solutions for customers and her team through effective communication and continuously trying to find ways to improve processes. Jordan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University.

JT is a recent graduate at University of North Florida with a bachelor's in information technology. With previous experience in both the growing tech field and sales, JT believes building strong relationships with both customers and fellow coworkers is of utmost importance. He is looking forward to learning more about the LED industry and coordinating projects for current and future clients.

Justin is a Coordinator on our IoT Monitoring team. He brings 5 years of Project Management experience as well as great communication and problem-solving skills. He graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, and is currently enrolled in the MBA – SEM program at the University of North Texas, which is partnered with The Dallas Cowboys.”

Justin Sipe is the Senior VP of Technology for Transformative Wave Technologies. He is a co-inventor of the CATALYST Efficiency Enhancing Solution, and he holds seven patents around rooftop unit retrofits and advanced economization techniques. Justin has been involved in the controls industry for 24 years. During his time in the industry, he has designed, serviced, installed, and trained on control systems for commercial buildings and industrial process control. In addition, he leads the development efforts at Transformative Wave that are focused on finding innovative solutions to reduce HVAC energy use. He has certifications in Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, Magnetrol, Belimo, and Fireye. He is also a Tridium Certified Developer and a Honeywell Authorized Trainer.

Karen is the controller for ProStar and brings more than thirty years of expertise in a wide array of accounting and business experience.  The fields she has worked include, but not limited to, are data communications & networking, public accounting, forensic engineering, the medical field and has been working in construction for the past five years.  Karen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting from University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kate leads the HVAC Service & Maintenance team. She brings fifteen years of experience and believes the success of a client relationship begins with a strong start and is earned and developed with each subsequent interaction. She partners with her team through all phases of the business development process and throughout project delivery, emphasizing the importance of listening to clients to effectively communicate their goals to the in-house subject matter experts – to design and engineer a solution that brings their vision to life. Kate earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arkansas State University, while playing volleyball all 4 years and serving as the team captain.  

Krissie is a proud member of the ProStar Service team!  She has lived in Washington state for most of her life and is married with 2 beautiful children.  She has 10 years of experience in customer service and earned a degree at Skagit Valley College for Multimedia and Interactive Design.  She spent 12 years as a Web Designer and User Experience Designer before starting her family.  Krissie spends most of her time enjoying motherhood and watching her son wrestle at tournaments year-round.  When the weather is nice, she enjoys camping with her family in their travel trailer. 

Krystal is a Sr. Utility Bill Pay Implementation Specialist. She brings over 8 years of experience in client relations, utility billing, and utility expense management as an experienced EnergyCAP user. Krystal is a hard worker with a commitment to providing consistent, exceptional customer service to clients and teammates. She believes there is no challenge too difficult nor task too menial to complete - it all adds value and gets you successfully over that goal line!

Lane leads Implementation and Data Analysis within ProStar’s Utility Bill Pay team. Along with a long-standing penchant for problem solving and an eager work ethic, they bring several years of experience in utility bill processing and working with EnergyCAP databases, making them especially well-suited to delivering high-quality data and even higher-quality client service. Lane has a strong background in achieving customer success in various technology, hospitality, and retail environments.

Lauren is an Associate on our Utility Pay team specializing in utility bill processing. She has been teaching and working with people for over 10 years. She also enjoys helping with a variety of projects and learning new ways to develop her skills. Lauren is passionate about seeing the team grow while maintaining friendly relationships with her co-workers.

Lesli leads Account Management within the Utility Bill Pay team, with a focus on implementation and client services. She brings eleven years of industry experience to our utility bill pay team. She is passionate about client experience and retention.

Lisa is the Systems Operations Manager at ProStar Energy Solutions. She brings over 15 years of experience in building, and leading Customer Support Groups. Lisa’s focus is ensuring our Customer Support team performs with the highest level of efficiency, and provides Best in Class customer service.

Liza works with the Operations group. She brings over six years of experience to the team. She believes that the best way to handle matters is head on. With a can-do attitude, Liza approaches working with her team/clients by holding herself accountable and having a positive attitude. Prior to working for ProStar Energy Solutions, Liza excelled in the field of Project Management with a marine construction company in their dredging department where she had worked with private and government sectors. Liza earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University then went on to earn a Marine Technology degree.

Lucinda is valued part of our Operations Team.  Her ten years of experience in engineering, sourcing and purchasing energy efficient products is invalualbe.  She works in coordination with the Business Development Team to ensure the customers receive a customized solution for their unique situation.  As part of the Operations Team, she works closely with Project Managers and Coordinators to insure that project material is ordered and onsite to meet project deadlines.  Lucinda received her electrical training through the Marine Corp where she was an Aviation Electrician.  In her spare time, she enjoys Kayaking with her husband and two dogs.

Maria works alongside her team to ensure client accounts are up to date. She strides to maintain a lasting relationship with clients by creating a friendly, welcoming environment to ensure they feel appreciated. She believes that teamwork helps achieve goals sooner and more efficiently as opposed to independent work. Maria earned an Associate’s degree in General Studies with a focus on Psychology from Collin County Community College while tutoring other students to achieve their academic goals.

Matt is a manager in the IoT Programming team. He brings five years’ experience and believes that a strong client relationship requires strong attention to detail to eliminate obstacles and distractions that could otherwise crop up down the road. He enjoys the challenge of translating something visionary on paper to an actualized interactive system. Matt, a former mathematics teacher, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Western Washington University along with a minor in English.

Matthew is a HVAC Service Manager with over 16 years in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry. He takes pride in his ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Matt is dedicated to providing exceptional service and solutions to meet the unique needs in our growing market regions and industry. With a highly communicative approach, he thrives on collaborating with a core support team and clients to deliver top-notch results and exceed expectations. 

Mayra is a Sr. Coordinator on our Utility Bill Pay team. She brings over eight years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist and has a passion for account management. She has a solid foundation in data entry tasks, including accurate data entry, sharp eye for details and passion for exceeding client’s satisfaction and standards. Her belief is to always be honest, work hard and serve others with respect.

Morgan is a Sr. Coordinator on the Utility Bill team. She brings over 10 years of experience in elite customer service combined with her enlistment in the United States Coast Guard. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Technology with a focus in Training and Development from Bowling Green State University. Morgan is a dedicated professional who continues to embody the USCG core values of Honor, Respect, and Devotion to Duty. Her commitment to transparency and integrity lead to ultimate customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relations.

Nate is the Director, HVAC/Production. He has over fifteen years of experience in the mobile electronics industry and has brought his background and expertise to lead the manufacturing of our CATALYST products. In his role, Nate oversees inventory, manufacturing, quality control, and shipping. Nate is also a leader in Reach Ministries, where he provides resources to the homeless community in Seattle Washington. Reach’s mission is to help the broken, lost and addicted with the intent to find healing in the city streets.

Nonso Agolue is an Operations Manager with ProStar Energy Solutions and is on site working with the operations team. He received his B.S in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas. Since joining team, Mr. Agolue has been instrumental in managing the various LED projects while also lending his expert knowledge on HVAC and IOT subject matters. Mr. Agolue is also a proud member of the North Texas Association of Energy Engineers (NTAEE) for the past 6 years.

Pam is a manager on the LED Operations team focusing on project delivery and brings more than twenty-six years of project coordination and administrative experience to ProStar. Pam earned an Associate’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho; and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Pierce is a Manager on our Business Development team. He brings 5 years of Account Management experience working with large, nationwide organizations. He believes in building long-lasting, authentic business relationships through clear communication and having an in-depth understanding of client’s challenges and goals. Pierce earned his MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.

Rath joins ProStar on our HVAC & IoT Support Team. He’s earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Business Administration, in which he utilized in the financial industry for over 15 years. Rath has an extensive background in customer support and service, with a focus on bringing his expertise to our customers at ProStar. His goal every day is to bring value to each and every interaction with our customers.

Robert is an Electrical Engineer in the Renewables group. He brings 5+ years of electrical engineering experience working in the electrical utility space along with engineering and design of electrical systems for large commercial and industrial buildings. Robert takes a highly analytical and detailed approach to each project, while keeping practicality and communication at the forefront to best serve the client and their needs. Robert earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.

Robert serves as SME, dedicated support for a large global client, for all day-to-day functions providing analysis, reporting, and consultative work in managing their overall energy strategy performance across the US. He brings eighteen years of energy experience and believes that strong business ethics coupled with a desire to provide the customer exceptional service, are the keys to any successful long lasting business partnership. Robert earned a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Louisiana Tech University, while playing baseball all 4 years and a member of the 1987 Southland Conference Championship team.

Ron Dawson is the Sr. Vice President, LED of ProStar Energy Solutions. Ron oversees the day-to-day operations at ProStar from auditing, engineering, project management, and sales. Ron’s extensive experience in large National Account roll-outs, with an energy efficiency focus, has emerged him as a distinguished lighting executive and respected business leader. Ron leverages his deep and fundamental knowledge of complex LED technology systems, energy efficient solutions, and product innovation to further elevate ProStar and drive its next phase of growth. Ron Dawson is CEM certified (Certified Energy Manager) from the Association of Energy Engineers, holds a B.A. from Albion College and a Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University.

Seth is a recent graduate of Syracuse University where he studied Advertising and Sports Management. He brings great communication and work ethic to the table and is always ready to take on any role he is given. He spent time with PowerHandz, a sports training and equipment company, handling much of their marketing and event management roles.

Sierra joins ProStar as a HVAC & IoT Project Coordinator with a background in project management, tech support, and customer service. Originally from New Orleans, she relocated to Dallas after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Sierra earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas. Her journey is a testament to the power of adaptability and perseverance. She is looking forward to leveraging her diverse skills to make a meaningful impact at ProStar Energy Solutions. On weekends, she's a dedicated cheerleader for her daughter, who shines on a top club volleyball team. Beyond her role as a supportive parent, she also lends her time to the club, orchestrating engaging team-building events that forge strong bonds among the girls.

Sovna joins the ProStar team as a Sr. Energy Analyst. She looks forward to using her expertise to continue developing and enhancing the internal energy reporting, while adding value throughout the entire supply chain.

Stephanie is a Utility Bill Pay Associate. She brings in 7 years of experience in accounting and customer service with organizational skills to the team. She is passionate in helping the team stay organized and keep clear communication with other departments.

Taylor is a part of the HVAC & IoT Service Dispatch Team and brings 3 years of strategic client services experience. He believes understanding client goals and objectives is pivotal to successful relationships and service. He builds trust through consistent execution and has a passion for building long standing relationships. Taylor earned his Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Southern Methodist University and earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from Mount Aloysius College.

Taylor is Director of LED on the Operations team; her role is a key part of managing and overseeing the execution of the operations team. With over nine years of experience in the industry managing National Accounts and Construction Services, she believes that processes and communications are key factors that prepare the team to for success. Taylor earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix.

Teagan is a coordinator on our HVAC Support team. She brings 3 years of customer service as well as communication and organizational leadership skills to the team. She strives to do her very best everyday in order to better the communication and problem solving between customers. Teagan earned her Bachelors Degree at Texas Tech University, concentrating in communication, human development family studies, and organizational leadership.

Todd leads our Procurement and service team. He brings over thirty years of industry experience and believes that listening and understanding as to what clients are experiencing, is essential to successful performance to accomplish their energy initiatives. His industry experience provides for a creative balance between optionality and performance, so that the solutions are vetted to what is important to each respective client.  Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor from Stephen F. Austin State University.  

Trapper has been in the HVAC field for over 20 years, starting as a technician and moving over into controls. He uses his technical experiences to color his controls programming and graphic creation, producing an end user experience that is both informative and intuitive. He takes that same technical spirit into his hobbies which include drone building and flying as well as cooking.

Tyler is a passionate and solutions-driven IT support technician. He has experience in utilizing a combination of strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Tyler takes pride in the ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse team environment developing and implementing solutions. He recently earned a certification as a Full-Stack Web Developer (MERN) from the University of Washington.

Tyson joins the ProStar Energy Solutions Team as a Utility Bill Pay Associate. He has a background in finance and education and is excited to utilize his skills to help the team. Tyson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Texas.

Valerie serves as a Sr. Manager in our LED Operations Engineering team, with over nine years of experience in energy efficiency and utility rebates she focuses on developing solutions that are tailored to each individual clients’ needs while still maximizing savings.  She partners with Business Development to create custom engineered solutions, with a passion for excellence. Valerie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Winthrop University.  

Virginia joins the ProStar Energy Solutions team as a Utility Bill Pay Associate. Virginia worked for thirteen years in the public education system and also earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Medical Coding and Billing with highest honors. Team- oriented, dependable, dedicated, and organized are just a few attributes that she displays regarding her work ethic and strive for excellence. Originally from Germany, Virginia likes to spend time with her two grandsons and explore new destinations in her time off.

Vivian is a Utility Pay Associate. She has a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, where she was also a member of the Golden Wave Marching Band for four years, three of which were spent on the leadership team! Outside of work, Vivian loves spending time with her nephews and traveling. What motivates her the most, is knowing at the end of the day, she was able to help people resolve challenging obstacles, and make a difference through hard work and commitment.

Whitney is the Senior Manager of Accounting in our ProStar Washington office, and brings over 15 years of accounting experience as well as business ownership. She believes strongly in the integrity of her work and character, and appreciates the ability to work alongside the quality caliber members of ProStar's accounting team. She and her husband Josh live in the Pacific Northwest with their 3 sons, Elijah, Isaac and Jonah, and 2 Papillon dogs, Bo and Brewer. Whitney enjoys going to all of her sons' football games, and she aspires to transform her new backyard into an amazing weekend respite. 

Yeslin is our Accounting Project Manager. Her role on the accounting team is key to keep our AR & AP organized and up to date. With more than five years of experience in Project Management and Accounting, she keeps track of the financials of individual projects. Her communication and supportive attitude fosters great relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
