Alecia is a Staff Accountant for Prostar, she leads a team of utility bill payers for one of our high-volume clients. She came to us from Legends Group Sales where she pitched ideas to promote AT&T Stadium private tours and events where she won the Hustle Helmet Award exceeding sales goals multiple times. Ashleigh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Oklahoma, while working for SoonerVision in broadcast and Sooner Sports Properties in sponsorships for a total of three years.
Austin is a member of the HVAC/IoT Customer Support team at ProStar. He recently graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. Austin finds fulfillment in solving problems and helping people. He enjoys the opportunity he has in his role at ProStar to make customers' days better, whether by assisting an HVAC technician in the troubleshooting of equipment or adjusting thermostat settings to make a customer's building more comfortable.

Brandi is a proud native Floridian. She comes to Prostar with over 20 years of experience in logistical and operational support of the construction industry. “Over the years, one of the skills I really feel like I have developed is my ability to listen”. She is an ardent believer in that one of the keys to delivering great service to the customer and the team lies in effective 2-way communications. Brandi concedes that “you need to always keep your eyes and ears open” to what matters, which is not always just the needs of your client but the needs of the entire supporting staff. “I want to enable everyone around me to be genuinely vested in the job at hand as we will always surely succeed or fail together”. When she’s not immersed in her work, Brandi enjoys reading a good book on nearby Florida beaches and doting on her fur babies - 2 dogs, Crosby and Nina and her cat named Rocky. Brandi also enjoys learning about different cultures and tasting the flavors of food from around the world.
Brenda is a Staff Accountant within the Utility Bill Payment team bringing life-long accounting experience and knowledge to the team. Brenda is no stranger to working within the Jones Family organization, as her previous role was Retail Accountant in the Dallas Cowboys Merchandising arm of the organization. Her past roles include, Top Sales Performer and member of Presidents Club in all of North America. Member of the Junior League of Abilene since 1989, Graduating class of 2014 from Leadership Texas Women, actively serves on the board of directors for Global Samaritan Resources and is an member of (TEPA) Texas Energy Professionals Association. She believes in working hard each day, always putting the customer first and always do much more than is expected of you. Chris leads the Solar Design & Engineering group. He brings 10+ years of experience working primarily in the commercial and industrial industry. Chris takes a step-by-step approach for each project, ensuring every aspect is covered in great detail. He works side by side with ProStar’s business development team to find the best possible solution for each of our clients. To date, Chris has designed and seen through to completion over 500 projects.

Claudius has over 12 years of lighting experience ranging from lamp and ballast install, lighting audits, utility rebates, photometric analysis, and lighting design. Claudius also has a city planning and urban design background which is very team oriented. Claudius plans to utilize his lighting experience as well as his design experience to develop creative, sustainable, and effective solutions for clients. Claudius earned a bachelor’s degree in city Planning from the University of Illinois and a Master’s degree in City Planning specializing in Urban Design from Georgia Tech.

Daniel has been in the energy field primarily related to commercial HVAC for the last 10 years. His roles have varied from working in the production shop, doing field installation all over the country, leading in-house contractor training, and now leading the technical support and data monitoring team. He believes that offering first-class support to the business network, sub-contractors, and affiliates creates positive synergy which naturally fuels business success. In his spare time, Daniel loves trying international and unique cuisines, spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and taking in sunsets on the water with his wife and 3 children.

Prior to joining ProStar, she managed sponsorship assets for the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX for Legends Global Partnerships. Elizabeth worked closely with the owner/operator of the venue, major sponsors (Toyota, Verizon, Texas Lottery, etc.) as well as contractors to ensure the success and fulfilment of all sponsor contracts. Before joining Legends she spent seven years with The Dallas Cowboys in roles ranging from Partnership Activation to supporting Ownership in the Executive Office. Early in her professional career Elizabeth managed a territory selling medical/dental devices in Texas. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and loves spending time running with her husband and two dogs.

Eric has spent the majority of his career by leading record-setting sales and marketing campaigns and strives to always “do one more.” His energetic and consultative approach to business gives confidence to both his clients and employees. Eric is a native of a small town in Northeast Iowa, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University. Eric was selected to the Dallas Business Journal and Sports Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2015 and 2019 respectively.

Jay Levin leads ProStar’s Renewables group. With more than 15 years in the solar and storage industry, he is a seasoned solar development and M&A professional with a background in project finance, supply chain management, engineering, and construction. He has served in executive roles with the Renewables divisions at 2 Fortune 500 utilities, PPL and PSEG, and led the EPC and O&M divisions at Tecta Solar and Conergy. Having completed over $500 million in C&I and utility scale solar acquisitions and partnerships, Jay uses his experience to provide creative physical and financial solar solutions for ProStar’s clients. Jay holds an MBA from Temple University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.

Jerry also works closely with customers and other 3rd parties to provide reporting and analysis to estimate and verify energy savings and help solve customer issues by leveraging the data acquired by our IOT systems. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional.

Justin Sipe is the Senior VP of Technology for Transformative Wave Technologies. He is a co-inventor of the CATALYST Efficiency Enhancing Solution, and he holds seven patents around rooftop unit retrofits and advanced economization techniques. Justin has been involved in the controls industry for 24 years. During his time in the industry, he has designed, serviced, installed, and trained on control systems for commercial buildings and industrial process control. In addition, he leads the development efforts at Transformative Wave that are focused on finding innovative solutions to reduce HVAC energy use. He has certifications in Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, Magnetrol, Belimo, and Fireye. He is also a Tridium Certified Developer and a Honeywell Authorized Trainer.

Lucinda is valued part of our Operations Team. Her ten years of experience in engineering, sourcing and purchasing energy efficient products is invalualbe. She works in coordination with the Business Development Team to ensure the customers receive a customized solution for their unique situation. As part of the Operations Team, she works closely with Project Managers and Coordinators to insure that project material is ordered and onsite to meet project deadlines. Lucinda received her electrical training through the Marine Corp where she was an Aviation Electrician. In her spare time, she enjoys Kayaking with her husband and two dogs.
Matt is a manager in the IoT Programming team. He brings five years’ experience and believes that a strong client relationship requires strong attention to detail to eliminate obstacles and distractions that could otherwise crop up down the road. He enjoys the challenge of translating something visionary on paper to an actualized interactive system. Matt, a former mathematics teacher, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Western Washington University along with a minor in English.

From engineering an efficient, customer focused solution, to supporting the product and users, Mitchell ensures that questions are answered and solutions are effectively implemented. Mitchell earned an Associate of Arts degree specializing in Engineering and HVAC from Mineral Area College, but primarily attributes his abilities to years spent in the field, providing a technician driven approach to troubleshooting and engineering HVAC.
Nate is the Sr. Manager, HVAC/Production. He has over fifteen years of experience in the mobile electronics industry and has brought his background and expertise to lead the manufacturing of our Catalyst products. In his role, Nate oversees inventory, manufacturing, quality control, and shipping. Nate is also a leader in Reach Ministries, where he provides resources to the homeless community in Seattle Washington. Reach’s mission is to help the broken, lost and addicted with the intent to find healing in the city streets.

Nonso Agolue is an Operations Manager with ProStar Energy Solutions and is on site working with the operations team. He received his B.S in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas. Since joining team, Mr. Agolue has been instrumental in managing the various LED projects while also lending his expert knowledge on HVAC and IOT subject matters. Mr. Agolue is also a proud member of the North Texas Association of Energy Engineers (NTAEE) for the past 6 years.
Pam is a Sr. Coordinator on the Operations team focusing on project delivery and brings more than twenty-five years of project coordination and administrative experience to ProStar. Pam earned an Associate’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho; and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Robert brings over 20 years of organizational and leadership experience in private and government sectors; expertise in energy management, information systems and technology, public health, and emergency medical services with focus on client/prospect development and training, workforce development and training, and critical thinking to provide value-add solutions to a broad variety of professional scenarios. The last 15 years Robert engaged in building a bill processing company and tailoring energy management software to address the wide-ranging objectives of myriad partners and is eager to continue this work with the ProStar team. Robert earned a BS in Chemistry while playing Division III soccer at Millsaps College and returned some time later for his MBA from the Else School of Management.

Ron’s extensive experience in large National Account roll-outs, with an energy efficiency focus, has emerged him as a distinguished lighting executive and respected business leader. Ron Dawson is CEM certified (Certified Energy Manager) from the Association of Energy Engineers, holds a B.A. from Albion College and a Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University.

Ryan is Director, Business Development for ProStar Energy. He brings 10 years of experience in public, private and non-profit sectors. Ryan understands the dynamic, interconnected, and complex nature of energy and collaborates closely with clients and in-house subject matter experts to develop innovative strategies that drive operational efficiency, modernize infrastructure and exceed financial goals across a wide array of facility types. Ryan earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico.

Serena works in the Business Development department as the Coordinator for Client Services. She understands that client satisfaction is pivotal, and she strives to give clients top tier service with every encounter. Serena earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Dallas Baptist University, while cheering for 3 years.

Seth is a recent graduate of Syracuse University where he studied Advertising and Sports Management. He brings great communication and work ethic to the table and is always ready to take on any role he is given. He spent time with PowerHandz, a sports training and equipment company, handling much of their marketing and event management roles.
Stephanie is a Utility Bill Pay Associate. She brings in 7 years of experience in accounting and customer service with organizational skills to the team. She is passionate in helping the team stay organized and keep clear communication with other departments.

Taha is the Manager of Operations and our lead Project Manager. He brings eleven years of Engineering and Project Management experience and strives to execute each project efficiently as possible. He works cross-functionally with the various teams in ProStar and is driven to achieve success in all that he does. Taha earned a Bachelor’s degree is Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from Mid-America Christian University.
Taylor is Sr. Manager on the Operations team; her role is a key part of managing and overseeing the execution of the operations team. With over nine years of experience in the industry managing National Accounts and Construction Services, she believes that processes and communications are key factors that prepare the team to for success. Taylor earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix.
Sr. Manager, LED
Todd leads the Client Services team. He brings over thirty years of industry experience and believes that listening and understanding as to what clients are experiencing, is essential to successful performance to accomplish their energy initiatives. His industry experience provides for a creative balance between optionality and performance, so that the solutions are vetted to what is important to each respective client. Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Chief Operating Officer, Services
Trapper has been in the HVAC field for over 20 years, starting as a technician and moving over into controls. He uses his technical experiences to color his controls programming and graphic creation, producing an end user experience that is both informative and intuitive. He takes that same technical spirit into his hobbies which include drone building and flying as well as cooking.
Director, IoT Programmer
Tyler is a passionate and solutions-driven IT support technician. He has experience in utilizing a combination of strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Tyler takes pride in the ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse team environment developing and implementing solutions. He recently earned a certification as a Full-Stack Web Developer (MERN) from the University of Washington.
Coordinator, Monitoring & Tech Support
Valerie works in the engineering group and with over nine years of experience in energy efficiency and utility rebates she focuses on developing solutions that are tailored to each individual clients’ needs while still maximizing savings. She partners with Business Development to ensure that Prostar understands the unique challenges each client faces and develops a custom engineered solution. Valerie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Winthrop University.
Vivian is a first year Utility Pay Associate. She has a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, where she was also a member of the Golden Wave Marching Band for four years, three of which were spent on the leadership team! Outside of work, Vivian loves spending time with her nephews and traveling. What motivates her the most, is knowing at the end of the day, she was able to help people resolve challenging obstacles, and make a difference through hard work and commitment.
Utility Pay Associate
Vlad is part of our Engineering team and oversees the IoT and M&V verticals as well as Product Innovation. He has over twenty plus years of experience in Information Technology that includes leading various infrastructure, data center, and development teams on a global scale. He has worked with Top 5 Consulting Firms and overseen IT Operations in the Data Center, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Cyber Security space. His passion for implementing new and emerging technologies drives his focus in helping clients achieve their corporate sustainability goals and initiatives. Vlad holds a BBA in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame and is an active member of various non-profit and charitable organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Sr. Director, Operations Engineering
Will is apart of our HVAC & IoT Monitoring and Support team. He came to Prostar with 12 years of experience in the Army where he specialized in Communications and served as a Recruiter. He also brings 6 years of Building Automation Controls experience where he served as a Lead Technician and Project Manager. Being able to marry all the different skillsets he has learned in his career path has allowed him to provide superior customer service support and the technical background necessary to be successful in his new role.
Manager, HVAC & IoT Monitoring & Support
Yeslin is our Accounting Project Coordinator. Her role on the accounting team is key to keep our AR & AP organized and up to date. With more than five years of experience in Project Management and Accounting, she keeps track of the financials of individual projects. Her communication and supportive attitude fosters great relationships with clients, vendors, and coworkers.
Yinka is a member of the Engineering Group with eleven years of experience working on products and solutions and believes success comes from synergy. He partners with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, highlight business cases, and marshal the necessary resources to engineer designs from inception through installation and operation. Yinka earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, while running track and serving on the board of several student organizations like National Society of Black Engineers and The Student Alumni Association.
